When shall I receive my order?
Most of our items are immediately available in stock and can be delivered in approximately 2-3 days after completing the order. In case of large orders, replenishment from the producer may be necessary, thus lengthening the delivery time, 5 days more on average.
Concerning items with limited availability, they may be delivered within 2 or 3 days aas well. If, however, replenishment from the producer may be necessary, the delivert could take up to 3 weeks. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all shipment details.
If you select the UPS courier, you will receive als an e-mail reporting the shipment tracking code, with which you can check your delivery in real time, and the expected delivery date.
Where are orders to Collini delivered?
Collini Atomi di Scarpa delivers to 27 countries of the EU + United Kingdom. The countries are:
Austria, Belgium Bulgaria, Ciyrus, Czech Republic, Danemark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hugary, Italy, Irish Republic ,Latvia Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands ,Poland, Portugal, Principality of Monaco, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain and the Canary Islands, Sweden, Switzerland.

What are the shipping costs?
As regards shipments to ITALY, the delivery charges are:
For every parcel up to 32 kg.This rate is valid for all destinations in Italy, for both private customers and companies. Guaranteed delivery the day after the shipment, except for Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, for which two days are required. For further information go to: http://www.ups.com
NB: the GLS service is reserved to companies only.
Higher costs are expected for deliveries to Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia If you want a detailed quote, simply click on the link “Estimate shipping costs and taxes" at the bottom of the cart page. As regards shipments to EU COUNTRIES, the delivery charges are:
For every parcel up to 32 Kg. This rate is valid for all European Union destinations. VAT will be charged only on private customers. Those companies which will log in using their VAT code will be automatically exempted from it. Delivery takes approximately 2-3 days from shipment. For further information, go to: http://www.ups.com
As regards shipments to SWITZERLAND, the delivery charges are:
UPS or FedEx Courier
This rate is valid for all destinations in Switzerland. Neither private customers nor companies are charged with VAT. All taxes due by reason of importation shall however be at the customer's expense. We may refuse to ship to private customers goods whose value exceeds € 500.00. NB: If you place several orders, shipping charges are applied to every single order.
Is there any restriction for deliveries?
Yes. At the moment we cannot ship to the following locations::

We reserve the right to evaluate dispatches to disadvantages areas upon prior notification to the Shipment Manager per e-mail at [email protected] or phone us at +39 049 502052 and ask for the Shipment Manager.
Shipment of flammable materials requires a special authorized courier, entitled to transport ADR. For these deliveries we will ask an additional charge of € 24,00 + VAT of the shipping charges.
Shipments of oversized material (such as rolls 150 cm high) are managed "manually" by the couriers and we will ask an additional charge of €9,30 + VAT for shipping costs will be requested.
My order hasn’t arrived
Check “My Account” to make sure your order has been sent. When we will ship your order we will notify you per e-mail the expected delivery date to the address you gave us.
If your order has been sent, you will find the information about the courier handling your parcel on “My Account” and in the confirmation e-mail. You can also track traceability on the UPS couries website, if you chose it when placing the order. Otherwise, if you chose GLS courier, plase contact us per e-mail at [email protected] or phone us at +39 049 502052 and ask for the Shipment Mananger.
If the expected delivery date has already passed and the courier cannot track or trace your parcel, please contact us per e-mail at [email protected] or phone us at + 39 049 502052 and ask for the Shipment Mananger.
My parcel hasn’t been delivered
Occasionally some parcels are returned to us because it was not possible to deliver them. When the courier gives us back a pack that couldn’t be delivered, we will be contact you promptly to solve any issue that arised.

The item I ordered is damaged/defective/wrong
