The refined and modern design of COSMO shoeshine machine comes from its shell, which is entirely made of aluminium. The metal thickness is 8 millimetres and since this machine weighs more than 14 kg, it is extremely stable.

Engineering
Years of experience in the industrial machine industry guarantee the construction of highly functional long-lasting machines: silent and easy-to-use, with powerful engines and solid structures made of stainless steel or aluminium.
Polish dispenser
The shoe polish is applied by means of a special plastic valve at the base of the tank. A lock inside the valve prevents shoes from being damaged by any smear during application.
Brushes
Our brushes are made of wool filaments, have got a wooden core and assure a perfect result of shoe shine. Wool filaments are soaked with rinse aid spread it all over the shoes; furthermore a pre-cleaning stage - by mmeans of the most rigid brush) is useful to remove any trace of dirt. Synthetic materials, such as nylon are not used by our machines, since they would ruin the shoe surface. Our brushes guarantee a perfect shoe shine.
Maintenance
Shoeshine machines are designed according to the "zero-maintenance" philosophy, in view of the solidity and the durability of materials. After an intensive use, if brushes are to be replaced, this would be in any case easy to do also by non-expert people.
Another strength point is the reduced cost of spare parts.
We then recommend you not to be fooled by companies which offer you cheap machines: besides low quality, they apply also very high costs to spare parts which need an expensive specialised technician even for brushes to be replaced!
