Otherwise you can buy the required tools (mold, die bord, printing press) in our store to realize them by yourself.

WHAT WE PRODUCE:

• Textile covered buttons and buckles:aluminium core (washable at high temperatures)

• Leather (provided by clients) covered buttons and buckles with iron core.

MANUFACTURING STAGES:

1. The client provides the textile or leather (even by courier).

2. Pre-production test and feasability check (materials compatibility).

3. Sampling approval.

4. For textile: eventual coupling of textile (with self-adhesive non-woven fabric). Manufacture made by our staff.

5. For leather: eventual stripping (perfect thickness between 0.4 and 0.5 mm). Manufacture mady by our staff with our machineries.

6. Shearing of textile or leather.

7. Production.

8. Packaging.

9. Delivery to the customer (even by courier)
