Otherwise you can buy the necessary equipment from us (moulds, dies, presses) to produce them on your own.

WHAT DO WE PRODUCE:

• Fabric-covered buttons and buckles: with aluminium core (and therefore washable at high temperatures)

• Aluminium-core buttons and buckles covered with your leather or fabric

PRODUCTION STAGES: 

1. Supply of the fabric/leather by the customer (also via express courier).

2. Pre-production test and feasibility check (material compatibility).

3. Sample approval

4. As regards fabrics: possible fabric coupling (with self-adhesive non-woven reinforcement). Operation carried out by our staff.

5. As regards hides: possible fleshing (ideal thickness: between 0.4 and 0.5 millimetres). Operation carried out by our staff with our own equipment.

6. Fabric or leather cutting

7. Production

8. Packaging

9. Delivery to the customer (also via express courier)

Svolgiamo anche un'attività consulenziale per indicarvi quale pellame è più adatto alla rivestimento della fibbia, anche in termini di scarnitura.
